Zumba® Fitness

Are you ready to party yourself into shape? Forget the workout, just lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape at the original dance-fitness party. Zumba® classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before you know it, you’ll be getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring! It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating. Class is suitable for any fitness level.

STRECH & TONE

STRECH & TONE (formerly GBP)

Strengthen and tone your muscles to facilitate everyday living activities and improve your quality of life. A strong core equals a strong back! Participants will be guided through a series of stretches to tone and strengthen the body, increase flexibility of all the muscle groups.

Strength n More

Strength n More is great full body work out. Using a variety of equipment from exercise balls to dumbbells and anything in between. Build your cardio endurance and overall strength in this class. Guaranteed to get your heart rate going and burn some calories!

TRX Fit

TRX workouts are for everyone, no matter your fitness level. The great thing about suspension training is that there are lots of modifications for every exercise for beginners to advanced TRX users.

STRONG by Zumba®

STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. This class is a demanding 1-hour session that works your entire body.

PiYo

PiYo is a mix of pilates, which focuses on muscle and core building, and yoga, which focuses on strength and flexibility.  The music is loud, the focus is clear, and participants are there to work! This will target all the muscle groups, big and small.

PoundFit

Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to men and women of all ages and abilities.

Buti Yoga

Buti yoga is a unique practice, known f or it’s cardio-intensive bursts of tribal dance, primal movement, and conditioning. it’s designed to offer a calorie-scorching, body-sculpting, and dynamic yoga practice. Through these movements that we focus on, you’ll gain a healthy dose of empowerment and an all-encompassing feeling of wellbeing.
